Find steadiness in motion, clarity in breath and a practice that fits your life as it unfolds, day by day.
This is for you if:
You're ready to feel at home in your body
You're open to yoga as a practice for the whole person: body, breath and mind
You're ready to show up for yourself with honesty, curiosity and without hurry
You want a practice that fits around your life and deepens over time
You're drawn to moving with intention, on and off the mat
You have ADHD? I also teach a practice specifically designed for you.
Hi, I’m Laura,
a certified Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher.
I hold a with a deep belief that yoga is for every body. Awareness, intention and the quiet courage to know yourself a little better are the most important things you can cultivate. After all, what we practise on the mat is always preparation for what happens beyond it: the steadiness, the curiosity, the compassion.
It is all about love, really. For ourselves and for each other.
I teach yoga as a practice of awareness that begins with the body and extends into everything else. As a genuine sense of presence in our own bodies. The pose is the vehicle. The awareness is the point.
I care deeply about alignment — not as an aesthetic, but as a feeling. That particular balance between effort and ease that makes you feel grounded and open at the same time. I guide you toward feeling a little brighter, a little lighter, a little more like yourself.
My classes are for everyone. Whether you need detailed instruction to feel fully supported, prefer to find your own rhythm within a structure, or simply want inspiration and encouragement, there is a place for you here.
Where this comes from
Yoga found me 7 years ago. I didn't always show up perfectly for it, but it always showed up for me. It kept calling me back. Eventually, I committed fully and flew to One Bhakti in Sri Lanka, for a 200-hour teaher training.
There, our teachers took the whole person seriously: the poses and anatomy, as well as the breath, the nervous system and the quality of attention you bring to your day. In February 2026, I came back a Hatha and Vinyasa teacher with a profound appreciation for how a thoughtful yoga practice can genuinely change the way you inhabit your life. And I've been deepening that practice ever since.
For me, yoga has been a path toward wholeness. A slow realisation of what I am, how I am, and why. It has taught me to look outward and inward with equal honesty, to expand my awareness and to honour the control I do have over my reality. Day by day, a little closer to the Truth.
That is the practice I bring to my teaching and the one I invite you into.
So whether you're looking for something personal and unhurried, or want to bring that reset to your team…

Desk to Flow
Yoga & mobility for startup teams
Energy & focus reset · Desk back & neck pain release · Stress resilience · Decision making clarity
-
Sitting at a desk for hours compresses the hips, tightens the shoulders and drains focus. Workplace mobility sessions counteract exactly that: improving posture, reducing tension and giving the team a genuine mental reset, so they can bring their best selves to work.
-
A 30–60 minute guided session, done in your office or meeting room, in regular clothes, accessible to all fitness levels and adaptable to any space. Mats are optional. You can seamlessly slot this in as a lunchtime session or a mid-afternoon break - whenever your team needs a focus boost.
-
Both options exist. A single session works well as a team event or perk. A recurring bi-weekly program is where the real benefits start to compound: less fatigue, better posture, stronger team culture.
