I created this website to share information about my coaching services, as well as to offer helpful articles and resources around personal growth, life design, and transformation.

Everything here is intended to be general, inspirational, and supportive. It’s not personalized advice.

• Not copy, republish, or resell anything (text, images, downloads) without my permission

• Not upload harmful content or interfere with the website’s operation

4. Coaching services — what happens next

Any coaching services advertised here are governed by a separate Coaching Agreement — not these Terms.

So if you book or purchase coaching, that agreement becomes our working contract. This page just covers the website.

• I’m not a licensed therapist. The content on this site, as well as any coaching, is not professional medical, therapy, legal, or financial advice. If you need help in those areas, please reach out to a certified professional.

• I give no guarantees. I always strive to share helpful, accurate content, yet I can’t guarantee any particular outcome or result from reading or coaching. I also can’t promise the site will always be online, error-free, or accessible. Your personal growth depends on your own effort, timing, and life circumstances

6. Limitation of liability

As far as Dutch law allows:

• I am not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of this website or its content

• I do my best to keep the website safe, but can’t guarantee it’s free from bugs, viruses or downtime.

If anything goes wrong, you use the site at your own risk.

Sometimes I link to third-party sites (tools, booking platforms, recommended resources, etc.). I’m not responsible for:

• What those sites publish;

• How they handle your data;

• How they perform.

8. Payments & digital products

If I offer any product or service directly on this site:

• Payments are processed through secure, approved payment providers via Squarespace or its partners;

• Refunds, cancellations, and other related policies are detailed in the Coaching Agreement or checkout confirmation.

I respect your privacy. Any personal data you share (contact info, booking forms, email sign-up, etc.) is handled according to GDPR (AVG) guidelines. See the Privacy Policy for full details — it is part of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Whenever that happens, I’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. By continuing to use the website after changes, you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled under Dutch law, and in the competent courts of my region, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
