I know what it’s like to live with a brain that never sits still. To be full of drive and ideas, yet constantly burning through every ounce of energy.

We’ll explore what’s been feeling heavy or out of sync, what you’re hoping to change, and what kind of support would feel good for you. You can ask me anything you want.
By the end, you’ll know whether my approach feels like the right fit. Either way, we’ll make sure you leave the call with new insights to help you along the way.

I see coaching as a temporary partnership for problem solving and skill building. I generally recommend at least 3 months of coaching, for sustainable change. Naturally, the timeline also depends on your goals and capacity.

Absolutely! Real change happens in between sessions, and you won’t be doing it alone.
We’ll set you up for success with (optional, but recommended) daily check-ins via text, at no extra charge. This way, you can share progress for a boost of accountability, or get a gentle nudge when life gets messy.
I’ll also offer you small tools and exercises to try out in your natural environment.

A 1:1 online coaching session with me costs* € 100 (incl. VAT). The daily check-in texts and take-home exercises are included.
Coaching packages of 6 or 12 online sessions are discounted if paid in advance:
1 session = € 100
6 sessions over 3 months = € 550
12 sessions over 3 months = € 1000
When it comes to in-office coaching, a coaching session costs a maximum of € 120, depending on the location.
